You book your international flights to Grenada from Europe or North America with the airline of your choice among others there are flights by British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and American Airlines.
On most schedules, flights from North America and Europe arrive in Grenada too late for a daylight connection to Carriacou. You will need to overnight both incoming and outgoing (US and Canada): incoming only (Europe).
Schedules change frequently so check your itinerary. You need to be cleared through Grenada by latest 4.00 p.m. to make an evening connection.
